Accomplishments

  • Tore down a 7,000 seat auditorium contaminated with asbestos for $469,000 vs. professional estimate of $700,000 - $800,000
  • Created a turnaround plan that enabled a manufacturer to go from losing millions to profitability
  • Returned another manufacturer to profitability by eliminating excess and unproductive costs
  • Redesigned the chart of accounts and income statements of two different manufacturers to determine profitability by product by customer
  • Collaborated with investment bankers/attorneys/state officials to help secure the financing for a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility
  • Helped several entities become compliant with the latest GAAP, managed many outside CPA audits, managed a two year IRS audit, helped a new manufacturer obtain real estate and personal property tax abatements and other state incentives, supported sales growth of foreign owned manufacturer from startup to $110 million, and grew from $250M to $1B in sales with a publicly traded manufacturer
